You've had more than enough time to put together a snazzy video to show off all of the new things that will come with Elite in Black Ops 2. Now please give us the information. I run a clan of 78 members and I have people asking me all the time about what they should do and what they can do about Black Ops 2 and Elite and I can't tell them anything because y'all haven't put it out there yet. Stop procrastinating. You've had months to get this together. Stop making excuses and put it out there. At least give us a date. Give us something!
It's sickening that I paid for a service that I can get absolutely no information on. You promised September. It's October. How do you expect me to run a clan in Black Ops 2 when I don't even know what that will look like? I'm sick of the run arounds. I'm sick of the failed promises. I'm sick of being ignored. You're a company and companies should offer customer service. You offer ZERO. Activision doesn't even know what's going on. Try contacting Activision Support for Elite. You'll find that they're just as in the dark as I am. ATVIAssist tries to help here on the forums, but it's obvious that they don't even know what's going on half the time.
Look, I know that after the rough start, y'all decided to stop promising things and to get things done. That's why it was just random days when we started to get Clan Operations and Clan Challenges. I respect that you don't want to be distracted and you want to get what you promised out there for us to use. But that doesn't mean you have to be shady. Transparency goes a long way with customers. It would be wise for y'all to hire a community rep to talk to us on the forums. threesnsevens barely talks on the forums. We need someone who's job it is to help customers and interact on the forums. That's how you gain a following. People have someone they can connect the product to. Why do you think Treyarch games have become the CoD games people gravitate towards? Because they have David Vonderhaar out on Twitter getting suggestions and being a face that people connect with the company. People want to support that face.
So in conclusion, I want some information. It's been long enough and quite frankly, it's ridiculous that you haven't even addressed the missed deadline that you set for yourself. I even save David Vonderhaar say he had no idea what was up with y'all. So give us Elite 2.0 information and let us know what we can expect. As the leader of a level 50 clan with 78 members, it would be a burden removed to be able to tell my clanmates what the plan is for Black Ops 2. Thank you.
