Zombies after Moon?

Just wondering, in Moon the Earth exploded. Poor people. Now is the Zombies for Black Ops 2 going to take place after this or not? In the reveal trailer, the ground was cracked with lava so could this mean that it does take place after Moon? How did those people slaughtering the zombies in the new trailer even survive that?

Earth didn't explode.

We don't know for sure. (Most likely after it, yes)

...they lived on the other half?

Go play Moon and after EE as been fully completed go teleport to PaP and look in sky above the teleporter.
