good luck, that's been one the most problematic things they haven't been able to fix. First option is to fill out a request form to have emblems unlocked. This may take a very long time as most of us have been waiting weeks with no results. Second option, leave the clan and come back in. If you have a large clan then it's going to suck kicking all your members and then having them join back in.
Actually, oddly enough, just logged on about 2 hours ago to download the maps and sure enough my clan received the emblem. Check yours, curious if you received yours.
