cannot redeem my COD MW3 Founder account?

HELP please!
Since last weekend I tried to redeem my COD MW3 Founder account (for PS3) but I could not proceed... with the following information on my screen after I put in my code:
"Redeem Founder Code
Your code is good to go, but we're not. Please come back again later."
Could anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance!
There's a problem with the Founders input site, there has been a lot of threads where players complaining about the same issue. the site has been that way for months, so its not just you.

My Code is Valid, but Doesn't Work?
Each code is one time use. If you believe you are getting an incorrect error please contact Activision Customer Service.(http://www.activision.com/support)
Contacting support is the best way to go, they will investigate it and apply it if everything is good.
*** You must have Premium before you can apply a Founders Status to your Elite Account. You will get the error regardless.

mon code fondateur ne marche toujours pas alors qu'il est bon.comment faire????????????????j'ai déjà appelé le service client ils ne font rien pour mon problème,ça dure depuis le mois d'octobre.
