There's a problem with the Founders input site, there has been a lot of threads where players complaining about the same issue. the site has been that way for months, so its not just you.

Each code is one time use. If you believe you are getting an incorrect error please contact Activision Customer Service.(http://www.activision.com/support)
Contacting support is the best way to go, they will investigate it and apply it if everything is good.
*** You must have Premium before you can apply a Founders Status to your Elite Account. You will get the error regardless.

We've been on top of this since September and the last Elite maintenance. No ETA yet on when this will be corrected. Are you an Elite Premium member?

Did you try clearing your browser history/cache before you tred it again?
Remember old cache's from websites are always saved to make your next visit to the site faster. So clear your browser history first.

As it would turn out, the site isnt actually functional. I just spoke with an agent and she said that the site still shouldnt be working and that ATVIAssist gave me false information. If its any consolation, ive been using Safair on a mac, should i try using a different browser?

Safari on a Mac is your best bet, it should run flawlessly on Macs. But if your on a PC, Google chrome would be the way to go.
Not sure what else you can do. Usually you can ask support to forward your info to the Dev's if its a serious matter, as in this case.

Dude, I just payed 30 dollars for this code. I swear to god it's going to be just like when I bought Modern Warfare GOTY Edition with the Map Pack Code that doesn't work just because of a stupid site. I really hope they don't abandon us.

Yeah i know, they hardly even respond to my messages anymore. They say they still dont have a timeframe either. It makes me wonder if theyre even working on fixing the site. Especially considering the Elite site in general never completely works. I paid 35 for mine and i was hoping i could use it before the release of Halo 4, but since they dont have even have an ETA, that doesnt look like thats going to happen.

SCYLLA & cornwallis1 we haven't forgotten about the redemption site not working for some users. It is being investigated along with the other inquiries customers are stating issues with.
No substantial update for us to provide you with other than that.

In my opinion the site won't be fixed. They even gave a deadline to when the code could be used; it makes no sense since the site is broken. The code has to be used by Nov 12.
After the 12th they are going to just tell you that you missed the dealine, when the know the site isnt working in the first place.

They said thats only for the premium code, not the founders code. Asked them about it.
