Elite Drops?

Elite was removed from the PS Store and now it should return around the release of Black Ops 2. Now I'm wondering are they going to do drops again?

Noone will know at this point, but i hope hope hope hope hope hope HOPE they do not. It got rid of ALLLLLL the excitement and completely made me bored of all DLC.
