I keep gettin a problem when connecting to the elite service. It keeps coming up sayin "Failed to connect to the elite service" ive already made a thread about this but there was no replies so im going to try again.

My account has been made for aobut 3 days now but ive had this problem since day 1. i was told it could be because it was new but thats not the problem it appears

I play on xbox 360 if this is any help

tried to reinstall the elite service and clear system cache but this hasnt helped i can logon to the web version fine but console doesnt work :/

Any help would be greatly accepted
