XP Award Discrepancy

I'm the leader of "The US Military" clan and we're still being shorted XP we've earned during these clan ops. You've made updates and even put in a disclaimer that is no longer there. We assumed this issue concerning enlisted vs participating clans was resolved. Why is it that we're coming in 1044 out of 13,201 or top 8% and we're in the silver tier? We'd just like you to do right by us and award us what we've earned. Thank you,

        Hello there!

I've gone through your Clan's rewards, and it looks like everything has been awarded correctly. As stated above, the total number displayed is still enlisted Clans, not those that placed. We realize that this has resulted in confusion for many players and are looking into it.

Please feel free to let us know if you have any more questions!

Clan ops are based on clans that PARTICIPATE so lets say 923 out of 14332 yes it 6.2 percent BUT probably only 5000 particpated.

But didn't they update the number that is shown after award?  Figured this was something they took care of during their two week update for ops?  Our clan has the same issue, if they have not updated the second number to show participating clans like they said they would, then they need to inform the community.

ditto ditto ditto...... two seperate games my clan have been incorrectly credited. one was the double xp weekend and the most recent was friday's op.

I've put two tickets in for both ops and so far both have been ignored, so I now have a clan of guys pretty annoyed that they put in all the unsociable hours only to get a lower credit than appears to be accurate.

silence is not 'support' BeachHead it's really really disrespectful to the guy's who bought into your product and who push themselves to meet the very difficult times you set for the ops here in the UK. 1am to 4am ~ 11pm to 2am.... c'mon! help us out a little here, please!

Just want to add my voice in agreement changing the rules 3/4 of the way through the game on the top 10% after numerous clans have reached level 50 is one thing. Next after changing the rules and not informing anyone about it making most of us turn in several tickets that never got resolved with challenge and op xp rewards is another. Out the silvers that we have received only one or two of them were accurate according to the numbers they provide being a lightweight clan we need our points if we want to reach level 50 by bo2. Not asking for handouts on xp or anything else just want what we earned through ops and challenges.

@ATVIAssist just so you know we got a silver badge for todays clan op on the xbox at 3 o'clock. We ranked at 1969 out of 14,434 clans, which put us in the top 13.6%. the math adds up

    1969/14434=0.136414022447 =13.6% = a silver badge

Well when you take Fridays clan op at 6pm for the xbox we ranked 848 out of 13,201 clans and we ranked in the top 6.4% and we only got a silver which the cut off for gold is at 10%. See there are a lot of people that are upset that you keep robbing them of points. here is the math for my ranking on Fri.

    848/13201=0.0642375577607757 =6.4%= a gold badge

    Hello!

We've looked into your Clan's rankings, and we can confirm that the badges and XP your Clan has received were correctly rewarded. I understand that the changes in badging have lead to a lot of confusion, so feel free to respond with any questions you or your Clan might have.

        Re: XP Award Discrepancy

It's likely that the notice was removed because it was assumed everyone was aware of the change by now.

Per your input, I'm putting in a suggestion/request for the total at the conclusion of the Operation to reflect the total of Clans that were badged, instead of the current enlistment total.

If you have any suggestions for balancing out these Ops for smaller Clans, we're happy to send those in as well.

        Thank you again!
