Im having problems with my COD Elite connecting. I get the request error "There was a error communicating with the Call of Duty Elite Service." When i try to login from my 360. There are 2 Live accounts on my 360 and one of them has no problem loging onto elite.
I was wondering if anyone has a solution or knows what i can do to correct the communcation errors.
There are no solutions at the moment, The Elite Console App is down on both systems (PS3 & Xbox) due to the maintenance. The online clan page was also down this morning.
What you can do is uninstall the app, clear your systems cache, then reinstall the app. It worked for me for about a minute after do this.
Other than that we just have to wait it out. It should take a few hours before its back up.
I'm still having this error to. For the past 3-4 days. Everytime i try to log in elite. It'll give me the "Request error" fail to log and returns me to my screen. I also try to go the website to. Everytime i try to click something, it keeps returning me to the news. I can't even see my career and clan hq. I click it, and returns me to the news page only...Help?

i keep getting this as well it says error communicating with call of duty elite returning to title screen on my ps3. on my pc i can login but i cant see my career or anything it just brings me to the news doesnt matter what i click on.on my phone it says your user information is not available at this time.idk i need answers i got my account verified and linked,,,,please help
When did each of you create your profile and what console(s) do you have linked to Elite? We have our team working on this, just no ETA on this. The downtime and maintenance that has taken place over the past 11 days has been to see where the scripting errors are coming from.
