It does need to be said.  At the end of the day, this is a subscribed to service, therefore at some point cost us money to buy into.

It is unreasonable that for the majority of us (if not all) that the service is largely unusable and often fails to load at all.

I know BO2 is only just around the corner but that is no excuse whatsover.  They have had plenty of time to get prepared for BO2, and in any case it shouldnt mean that you leave your existing and current userbase with a faulty product.

Yes I am "another whiner", but we all deserve to express our discontentment with the situation and demand that the issues be rectified.  If it was a short lived problem then fair enough, but this has been going on for far too long now.

The mere fact that so many people are complaining indicates that there are a substantial amount of unhappy customers and the service clearly isnt running as it should.

Its a unique product and there is no alternative for us to turn to.  They are taking advantage of this and the fact that we have already payed in advance for the service and now they feel they can do what they want and neglect us at their leisure with no consequence.
