I Tryed This And It Worked For Me So I Thought It Might Work For More...

Try Deleting And Reinstalling/Redownloading The Patch ...

1. Go To The Game Tab On Ps3 Dashboard / Main Screen.
2. Then Select Game Save Utility.
3. Find "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3".
4. Press Triangle.
5. Select Delete.
6. Enter The "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" Game.

7. Wait ... A Message Should Appear.

8. Select "Yes" To Install Patch.
