What exactly are the issues you are experiencing with ELITE? Also, are you accessing ELITE through the console application or your console? This information will help us troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
I've had alot of issues with this too. Half the time the competitons just say "Check back later" but the newsfeed will show there active. Also, the enter Elite link at the top bar seems to disappear sometimes, no matter what page I'm on
