Where is my Sept. PS3 DLC ?

I though we would get atleast 1pcs of DLC on a monthly base for 9 month. Elite these is crap!! another slap in the face for PS3 user.

they gave us like 2 spec ops missions and chaos mode at the beginning of the month.

  that was at the end of aug? no? and since when game mode are DLC? I though map were DLC?
