I'm also with Telstra and have been unable to 'fetch my online profile' either. This has been since the night of the 22/9. A couple of friends of mine are having the exact same damn problem as I am right now, getting error messages 3452 and 3436.

Guys, please pass this message on. I got onto live chat with Activision support who say that "officially they're aware of an issue with many Australian customers". Unofficially, they're aware it's an issue with Telstra (likely due to a firewall/rules update over this weekend that are now blocking access to the MW3 servers) and are waiting on an ETA from Telstra.

I've called Telstra and logged the issue with them, both 1st line support and their manager (BigPond tech help) said they hadn't heard of the issue. It's been escalated and I'm assured they're looking into it, but I can't say enough please call Telstra and log the issue. The more reports they get, the faster they'll fix it.

I have, they told me to contact Playstation Support as they couldnt't help me any more. This may not be the same for others though.
