How do i get rid of the service agreement pop up on my elite account?

As soon as i login to my elite account the service agreement pops up.. and i cannot do anything or go to any other page without it popping up. Does anybody know how to get rid of this problem ? HELP !!

How long has it been popping up? Try accessing Call of Duty Elite on your PS3/Xbox 360 application and accept the terms of service there. Also, make sure you are logging in via elite.callofduty.com to access Elite via a Desktop browser. ^M
