Good build up but if i where you i would change the colors because the green is kinda ugly imo. And change the opacity of your content background to a higher % because its falling away to much in the background. It almost looks like there are only headers floating around because the content background is near invisible. You should look at your left menu bar aswell Forgot password etc. its a bit of a mess with all the different colors and patterns. So try to be consistent in your style. Its a good beginning though of your website.
