will clans carry over to black ops 2?

right now i have a level 42 clan. will clans carry over to black ops 2 or will i have to create a new clan?

    I think should but add 50 Clan levels. Don't know yet, We will found out in last of this month.

    I would think the clan name will be yours for keeps, Anything is sheer speculation at the moment though.

      ya i heard that you would be able to take your clan to BO2 and continue your journey dont know if its true tho but if it is thats pretty nice, same here my clan now are lvl 43 and probably will hit 50 before BO2, and if they add more lvls i will be happy cuz for me its a challenge just like prestiging, dont wanna sit there at the same lvl

    I would be surprised if the Clan Ops even works the same way as it did in MW3, let alone keeping the same group.

     

    My guess is that if they do let us keep the same clan, you will start it over again from lvl 1.  Similar to how your player starts all over again for new games.  Your MW3 level will still be at 50 or whatever people have, but BOII will start at 1. 

     

    Why is that?  It gives an incentive for people who skipped MW3 to create a clan and all that.  I don't think 3arch wants to discourage anyone here.

    I wouldnt mind either.  But my clan is currently at 39 and appraocing 40 after this upcoming weekend.  I wouldnt mind if they dbled clan points or even had more clan challenges 5 or 6 days a week approacing BOPS 2.  I want that level 50.

    MW3 and BLOPS are 2 seperate entities gentlemen ..

     

    Clans are for those with Elite Memberships ..

     

    The Elite will not carry over between games soo ..

     

    Highly doubtful if there is any cary over with the clans ..
