By running Hardline in your tier 2 slot this enables you to hit your specialist killstreaks at 1/3/5/7 vs 2/4/6/8. So if you put Assassin as your first specialist streak, every time you get your first kill you'll earn Assassin. It's ultimately the most effective way to earn your specalist streaks and specialist bonus at a faster rate. Another plus is if you have the Hardline perk Pro'd every two assists will count as a kill, utilizing flash bangs/stun grenades upon respawn can yield assists that alone can give you your first few specialist streaks. I have a class where I utilize Recon Pro in teir 1 which allows you to paint the enemy (red triangle like advanced UAV) with any explosive including tact grenades or bullets, and Hardline Pro in tier 2, every hit marker essentially becomes a potential assist and with hardline pro every 2 equals a kill . You'll also find yourself getting your first specialist streak automatically upon respawn from time to time due to any damage caused to an enemy prior to dying. It's also a great way to complete all your challenges for earning specialist streaks an x amount of times, which in turn can yield huge xp and level you up at an accelerated rate. Hope this helps.
Lol I wish, maybe then we could actually fix the things that are broken with this game xD. Lots of variables go into hitting a moab to say the least, however the core things for the most part are out of your control (Hit detection/Connection, lag comp) and that's not even including all the wonderful bs ways you can die in this game. The list of other bs factors are endless such as last stand, dead mans nuke, stealth bombers, random explostions/cars drums not even on fire, spawns, insert your favorite here etc lol. For these reasons luck will always play a factor in hitting a moab, as most of those things are completely out of your control.
