Best time to buy elite premium?

I didn't buy elite premium for MW3 but i regret it now and i want to buy it for BO2. When would be the best time for me to buy it!?

    I would wait to purchase it until November. I don't see much point in purchasing it now since there's no information regarding ELITE at the moment.

     

    September is supposed to be the information month for ELITE so hang tight!
