Bring back The prestige shop from MW3 to Black ops 2

I would like to see the prestige shop in BOll.that was the best thing in MW3, that you could keep your weapon, perks, ect.

    I think Infinity Ward had the right idea in rewarding the players who prestige, but the plan was implemented wrong. People who prestige should not be able to have an ACR at level 5 in their next prestige. If so, what's the point of prestiging in the first place? I think that if the prestige shop comes back for Black Ops 2, the things that should be in it are:

     

    1. Extra custom class

    2. Double XP (maybe the first time you use it, you get 2 hours like in MW3, the second time you use it, you get 3 hours, or something like that)

    3. Title and Emblem packages/Playercard backgrounds

    4. New gun camo
