When do you unlock the flag titles for clans in mw3?

I've been wondering, my clan is now level 8 and I cant figure out how to put them flags as title and write in them...

I'm pretty sure any clan get use these titles.

If you havent figured it out yet.

You go to Elite/Connect/Manage clan, on the first page there you can fill in the clan motto and at the bottom you can click change title and choose a flag from there.

You get them at level 5 when you can make your own clan titles.
