Same here. I have a first hand copy, have had it since it came out, I've never been able to download Elite, I've never been able to download any map packs, every time I search the PSN store I can't find ANYTHING for MW3. I've searched for call of duty, I've searched 'Modern Warfare 3' and plenty of other permutations, I can't find a single thing!

Now I can't play online at all because I can't download Terminal, the store just comes up as empty. I live in China BTW, is this the source of the problem? Are all the MW3 map packs etc blocked in China?

Any help? I'm going out to get drunk but when I come back tonight I want to shoot some people in the face, is this going to be possible?

RIGHT found a fix!

as you can see above my situation - and with a HK PS i couldnt change my account to be in UK

SO...

using your PC create a NEW PSN account (with new email address) with country of corrisponding disc - i had to choose UK as mine is a UK copy. (dont worry too much about username you choose - read on!!)

Create a New user on the PS that you want to play COD on.

log in using the new PSN account.

open the ps store - you should find the COD map packs.

Select the correct one according to your disc code - BLES blah blah.

install the patches.

Log into your original PS user and hey pesto you have the Packs !
