yea man i am not going to lie i love call of duty but i have broken 2 disks of MW3 and of MW2 because of situations like that where i will get a hitmarker on someone with say a .50 cal in the upper chest and they shoot and hit me twice with an mp7 and i fall over dead. They have some great ideas and not saying MW3 is a bad game at all but they needed to add a little more realisim with that
