Are using turtle beach headsets a cheat on games such as CoD?
Now we all know that Modded Controllers are cheats. Well actually having read some of the threads not everyone knows, but they are! But can turtle beaches be thrown in with these controlers and Jtag boxes?
Only some people have turtle beaches giving them an advantage over those who only have a normal TV. They can hear much better, some claim they can hear footfalls across the map and being in stereo can tell if they are on the left or right side and therefore which way to turn to see them quicker.
What do you guys think? No saying just yes or no give some reasons please.

Based on that logic, then me playing CoD on a tv with 7.1 surround sound is also a cheat, because I can hear just as much as anyone with Turtle Beaches.
Hmm, some people would say so, many gamers would buy the best internet for the game, best tv, etc
It's not cheating because headsets do not affect gameplay or code like modded controllers do which is why it is so blantantly obvious when someone uses a modded controller.
The game was built to promote sound whoring and besides why else would you be able to buy MW3 themed headsets. I'm pretty sure that if they didn't want you to use them, they wouldn't be advertising them with their logo on them.
I'm going to say no, everyone has the option to use them or not. If one does not have the money, then they would have to put some aside and save for them.
Everyone has the option to use modded controllers, but they are cheating.
Modded controllers are not licensed hardware like most headsets are.
You know I never knew there were MW turtle beaches.
