Hey All,

I'm playing MW3 on my PS3 with a UAE account. I have an Elite account on my computer tied to my PSN account. The thing is whenever I go to the multiplayer menu on MW3 and try to download the Elite Application a screen pops up saying "There are no items you can purchase at this time".

Is anybody else having this problem? Any responses would be appreciated
