I know blind eye is suppose to hide you from killstreaks but what happens if you were to use thermal vision? Isn't it assassins job to hide you from thermal vision? So that would mean we're not really safe with just blind eye on from the likes of a ac130 or OG.

Cause there is times where i have thermal vision on and can see enemy players running as if i can't see them and there is no box around them when i do kill them.

Maybe this is cause cold blooded and ghost got split in two? Idk i can't really go test this for at least another week or two to see if it was just my eyes playing tricks on me again. But maybe someone on here knows the answer or is this already known and i'm just months late? If so then i fail:/
