I think I'd have to say I share that title. I seem to be the same way. I'll carefully strafe a corner after a teammate has just gone around only to see them get shot and before I can react one of the bullets will continue past the downed teammate and take me out.
I'll see a claymore or betty, back away to take care of it, but it will still go off from across a room or down a staircase. It seems to be it always happens all at once, too. I will have games where no matter what I do it seems to be the wrong decision. Its frustrating!
As for Error 6, not sure what he means by bad decision making. You carefully strafed around that first corner, ready to engage the enemy and that tube just happened to land at your feet, going through an enemy. The flashbang one kills me. If I were that enemy I would have been blinded for 30 seconds. I don't understand how it went off right in front of them and they weren't blinded.
I had one on Liberation yesterday.. Threw a grenade down the staircase from the dry river bed into the lower bunker, then went down the stairs, cleared my right corner, but was shot from behind by a guy sitting in the left corner, 3 feet away from where my grenade had gone off. Makes no sense, but was just my luck.
