Airsoft

Posted by whenindoubtc4 on Aug 3, 2012 8:09 AM

Well does anyone one an airsoft weapon or involved in airsoft "wars."  Well I own a Walther P99 and WW1 style Luger(it cost $27 but it shoots like a $60+).  Details, evidence, and/or complaints?  Discuss.

Oh man, the glory days of airsoft in my neighborhood. First it started with spring loaded single action pistols, then crappy electic Uzis, to slightly less crappy rifles, etc.

Wish I still had one, m favorite thing about airsoft was the fact you could play it anywhere and reuse the ammo.

Yeah buddy! Those were the days. I remember I had this single shot crossman m16 that you had to cok each time by pulling the charging handle. Around this time everyone started getting really into those cheap electric automatic uzi and augs. I stuck with the single shot and bought me a tangfolio witness 1911 airsoft pistol that I had on a shoulder sling.

A neighbor right next door foreclosed their house and left so it sat abandoned for months. We'd have wars thorught the property and it had nice bushes to hide behind. Thing is though everyone had those electric ones and I had single shot. Well for those tiny weak electric motors to soot fast the springs had to be weaker in them which in turn made the shot weaker and less powerful. My single shot was capable of shooting through the small bushes and hitting anyone on the other side. I used to to my advantage and everyone started hating to play with me. They all called me out when we played and few even got pissed and said it was unfair how mine actually was quality and had power.

@banned again, I also later got involved into airsoft rifles, those are nice for shooting farther of course. Then got into paintball which is hell of a fun game.

Dude Crafty, I had a very similar rifle, except mine was a M14. Dude, that thing had windage, charging handle and actual metal parts.

Love Airsoft. I remember when I started out with the good old, clear plastic spring loaded M9 in backyards.

Now I own an electric powered M16 and a Co2 powered Colt 1911, which is broken. My team usually plays out in forest areas.

No joke, but what is airsoft actually? I've only heard about for the first time after I watched a SeaNanners video on it, a few months ago.
