PLEASE HELP PS3 FREEZE

So recently i bought an hdpvr and i have no idea if it affects the game. So again recently ive been playing MW3 and my ps3 always freezes when the game ends also it says disc read error only on the faceoff maps... ive re-downloaded it and everything please help.
