Im starting to wonder if the Vest Stacking I keep hearing

about is true. (IE You put down 3 vests and stack them

increasing your damage taking). It seems like a lot

of shots I used to kill with do nothing.

Reason to use BV on HC:

-Random Noobtubes and XM-25 Spam rendered useless

-Campers with One Shot Kill Weapons end up in trouble

-Those who actually play the objective like Domination (go figure...) have a chance to capture before being bombarded by throw and pray explosives.

-Those run and gunners have to play with a little more strategy

-Seems that BV can act as a spawn point for the whole team (not necessarily true however it does seem to me that I spawn on BV more often than not)

I believe these reasons outweigh your reason of something being done about Ballistic Vest because you have a hard time killing them.

I understand your frustration with Ballistic Vest because I too sometimes have a hard time killing them. What I do is make sure to keep firing until I see that they have been killed all the way and not assume 2-3 bullets will do that job. Also, if I am killed by someone wearing a ballistic vest, I make sure my team knows and where the general area is that the player can be found. At least 7 times out of 10, the players are still in the general vincinity of the vest and my teammates make it a personal goal of theirs to kill the vest.

My team will never ever get vest because I destroy it.

Personally, I don't have a big problem with vests. Only thing they ruin in hardcore for me is losing a double, triple, or multikill.

When I play HCDOM I only have UAV and BV on my support. I used to run the sentry gun as well, but the vest are life savers. Sorry. I know it gets frustrating. I play HCSND a lot, my only problem with the vest is me. Since I play HC and I use the MK14 alot I hit them with one shot and stop firing. That is usually what gets me.

I wouldnt change them being in the game cause I have them on all but one class out of my 5 classes, but I understand they are frustrating to go up against at times.
