As soon as I click MW3 my pc restarts.

Basically I just bought MW3 off steam downloaded it n' all but as soon as i either clicked the desktop shortcut or the'play now' button on steam it would start the game up but then just crash and restart the computer, no blue screen or anything.Someone in other forums said it could be something to do with my BIOS? my motherboard is a AsusM5A78L-MUSB3 AMD 760G/SB710

BIOS update is a good place to start. Also the FX-xxx series AMD cpu's have a known problem with that, and you have to update your BIOS to fix it.

    Read the motherboard manual. And DON'T screw it up... you can lose everything:) However most manufacturers make it easy these days.
