Hello to whom it may concern,
I realize this may not be the correct department but I have tried contacting support over and over and receive the same lame error messages from what I can see this company has had so many complaints that they just cannot take anymore on so they have disabled their customer care functions just like I have disabled their DLC!
Yet it hasn’t changed my game play what so ever well it hasn’t come close to changing the game play like it did when I bought this DLC! I sat and watched the final 40% of the download in anticipation of playing the new maps yet I was severely disappointed for the first time in my COD history!
The map looks great and yes I mean "map" as in I have only seen one of them in three days of trying to use the DLC my online play even on the original maps has been ruined I cannot get a match over 200ms and my ping is always in the red were as before I had the best of pings in all my matches ie. (EVEN WHEN DLC IS DISABLED I CANNOT PLAY ONLINE!). I spend a lot of money on very fast internet for the reason of online gaming alone and at the moment that money is going to waste as I can’t play my favorite game.
I know for a fact that many Aussie gamers feel the exact same way and are even asking me how to delete the DLC! This has to be a low for Activision/Blizzard on this one!
please if you have any advice on this if you can tell me how to remove the DLC or possibly give me a refund or maybe I have not used the correct options in order to use the DLC online, removing it would be my last option as I am excited to use it but I still have yet to see more than one of the new maps as the DLC for AUS does not work!
Please just get back to me ASAP
