No, but I know when to go hard and when I can just mess around. My current K/D is 1.36 and rising every day. The biggest downside of my Call of Duty account is my win/loss ratio, which is 38%. But I play a lot of team deathmatch, so who knows why that is. (; When it comes to activity, I play every day that I'm able to.
