Hi, I am an xbox elite member. I downloaded offshore decommision and terminal properly but vertigo won't co-operate. I sign in, go to multiplayer then store like normal. I select download elite content and the xbox menu opens up describing content drop 18 like it should. I accept and the download begins. After 5% it says it is finished and i click continue. Then a little mw3 box ups up saying thanks for downloading, please go to dashboard for changes to take effect. I tried dashboarding twice,  and restarting my xbox several times. Each time i open up the store, vertigo is in yellow font while the rest are green. I also tried clearing memory cache several times with no luck. I am from Ontario if it makes any difference.

Please respond or direct me to someone who can help please.
