People only seem to hate if you're non-prestige level 80, because they think that you just want to get range/damage on your shotguns and other stuff like that and you don't want to give them up. They're just crybabies.

I only prestige to get an emblem i like ..

I did the maximum prestige thing but when they added another 5 I decided not to bother. I want to complete all the challenges for all guns. I wonder how long that will take me...

I hate people who don't prestige once, other than that its the games fault for having a broken system. If they're going to have a prestige after level 80 there should be some incentive besides a simple title. All the proficiencies should have worked with advancing prestiges rather than the simple levels.

Those who dis or give flak for someone that did not prestige any further are mad that you have all your weapons and choices and they do not so you can kill them with the weapons that you would not have if you had prestiged.

It is all about them dieing to weapons that they can not use yet themselves. Some thing prestige means they are good. when really in this game series prestige means nothing at all. It does not mean you are good if do it.

some take the game too serious and like I said are just mad you still have the weapons they no longer do because they prestiged and you have not. so they feel you have an unfair advantage over them.

There is no reason to prestige in this game, unless you like the extra emlbems or playercards which really do nothing for the game other than a means to bragg about having them. So if you do not prestige, than you are basically saying, "hey those extra emlbems and playercards you have mean nothing to me", and they do not like that either.

All in all the one crying about YOUR choice on how you played the game is just proving how immature they really are.

because someone who never prestige has a unfair advantage ie all their perks being the pro version and all the gold guns etc i think they should make you prestige as soon as it becomes available

Because most of them think that Prestiging shows how good you are... which is a laughable statement.

Everyone who hates on no prestige players are stupid.  And honestly I wouldn't want to prestige if I had to do it 20 times to max out prestiges. That was one of the worst ideas for IW in my opinion

People "Hate on you" for anything and everything in this game...

Do as you please and don't listen to them...

One of the points in prestiging and levelling up over and over again is to practice, another is striving to get to maximum prestige...

I stopped at prestige 4 and I acquired gold camo for all the primaries and I really wish there was a title that could show others my great achievement. If they did create a new title for this it would definitley motivate me to prestige all the way to 20th.

I got all perk pros, I got like 17 gold guns, all 10 custom setups the way I want it AND i have the ablilty to experiment as much as i want with whatever i want at anytime. that's why i don't prestige

I've never really been bothered by what prestige other people are because everyone has different reasons for doing it, such as unlocking challenges or getting a certain symbol they like or maxing out because they feel like it.

Personally I just unlocked my 2 fave classes with prestige tokens everytime i hit 80 i prestige just gives me more things to do really 10th level 41 currently.  also to anyone who is non-prestige and on the fence about prestiging I highly suggest you do it atleast once I bet you won't stop!

Prestige 20 lvl 75 and glad to be done with it. It was fun for awhile just because I enjoyed the challenge of starting over but now I'm looking forward to just enjoying myself and trying out guns that I haven't used much. The reason people hate on those that don't prestige is that they know they are going to have a harder time beating you and they are hoping that you would be silly enough to give into their pressure and prestige for them.  That way they can have an easier time beating you and hate on you some more after the game. I would suggest muting them and then killing them mercilessly with all of your ranked up stuff.

I wonder the same thing, ive had the game since it came out and im a level 80 no prestiege, and I think that people who get mad about it, because you prob. destroyed them, and you hurt their pride because they are a "high rank" and your not, so they get mad.. I think its also harder for them to see who they are going against. when they see " no prestige" players, they assume it will be easy to get high kd/win/or MOAB's and when they dont get it because a level 80 ruined it for them, they will rage.
