do not fear for they are using a 10 point system so for all you care not only could you have those 2 perks you could only have perks unless you had an extra point left over depending on how many points a perk is

While I don't doubt anonymous' information, I would be careful trusting anything you read or hear until Vahn and the crew make official releases, which should be within the next few weeks.

As for the perks... they put them in different tiers for a reason. They want you to have to make difficult choices, sacrifice one advantage for another. It will be interesting to see what they come up with.

i trust it because first it's on a site that i trust and they got that information when 16 reporters (i think) went to preview the multiplayer but they signed a non-discloser agreement which 2 of them didn't know about that apparently so they told everything that they noticed which, but i think that would only be the ten point system and they had made a podcast for it but they had to change it when they found out they weren't supposed to tell but it was for MP3 for awhile uncensored but i have an Ipod not an MP3 so i couldn't see it

From what ive seen and heard from people close to Bo2 is that there wont even be perk lines instead they'll b set up in a point allocation system meaning someone could have two primary's just a secoundary with any mixture of perks, so in Bo2 it wont matter, its the players choice.
