and towards the end of the match in the feed on the left hand side someone had been promoted to specialist the thing is this guy was prestige 0 level 7 and im certain that you can't use the specialist killstreak til level 20 and that it can't be unlocked with a token so must be some sort of hack or glitch I have not heard of before. Your thoughts guys?

Note: I disabled my theatre recording just yesterday as someone suggested I may lag less, I have now enabled it.
