Downloaded all map packs but why carnt I play artic recon???

Hi,I have just bought all the map packs as they were 50% off and for sum reason there is no artic recon on the special ops mission but e are there on my trophys. I have deleted the game data and reinstalled it including the map packs thinking it might be a error on install but it still not showing up.

 

Please can some one help me out?
