A guy called xXFiNalLimiTsXx recons that he can give max prestige and challanges in exchange for username and password for you windows live ID.
Do not trust this guy. he will recover you Gamertag and change you password, then use your credit/debit card to buy microsoft point.
KEEP YOUR EYES PEALED
Just report him to microsoft, problem solved.
That's nice of you to give the community a heads up. But doesn't this go against the naming and shaming policy of the boards? Give the warning, just lose the name. You should never give out username/password to anyone for any reason.
Not to mention you've pretty much admitted that you were trying to cheat to get 20th prestige. I say if anyone wants to cheat that bad, you deserve everything you got.![]()
I wasnt trying to cheat I got the message from the person and then I knew immediatly what he was on with as it said I can give you 20th if you give me you windows live ID username and password. it was obviously a scam.
Sounds like someone got shafted lol
You should of removed your card
Anyone stupid enough to fall for this deserves to get their account taken. People have been doing this for a very long time.
I'm wondering if you let this happen to you.... WTF are you even listening to this guy for.... why would you give him your Windows llive ID/password in the first place... do you know this guy? Or was it that you were looking for the easy way to get to max prestige before November???
What the hell are you talking about. I never gave him my details. Im just warning people abaout this type of scamming. Read the post first before you comment.
How do you know he's a scammer then lol what proof do you have.
Most scammers setup phishing sites then link them to YouTube lol it's surprising how many people will sign up for a mw3 aimbot or FIFA gold coin generators lol
On a serious note tho if anyone needs mw3 map packs I have some for free just pm me
Honestly what youre doing has good intentions. But children shouldnt be given the passwords to their parents windows live account, and if youre 18+ and still not smart enough to know not to give out this info, then you will learn the hard way.
I fell for one of these scam things but changed my password after a few hours with no trial received, luckily the guy hadn't been on my account yet, heres what I fell for...

Looks very convincing.
THE LINK IN THIS POST IS A SCAM WEBSITE
This isn't in reply to you cowboy but the thread in general, hit the wrong reply lol
I would get rid of that link altogether, in case someone clicks on it without reading
That should do it.
