Nice list.  I would add to your domination list:
- Call out when you are bumping the third flag (i.e just running through).  If playing in a team it is sometimes helpful with flushing a guy or two out to come "protect" their only flag

But I had to smile when you said, "people I've played with including myself" I just imagined 2 ghamorra's running around and saying "hello" to each other then keep on playing there seperate ways and occasionally bumping into yourself during the game

I am a rusher, and have a difficult time sitting, but I'll admit to being a camper in this instance until about 17 kills in.  When I saw the score continue to go up and people continued to grab tags I was rushing like normal for the last five or so kills and had the last two in my sights when the game ended.

I had also been rushing in the same lobby for some time and only camped to try for the MOAB.  If it was a closer game, I would have gone back to rushing immediately.

in any game mode if you get killed call out enemy count and locations to your team especially if you are by yourself running flank. Same goes if you are using reaper ac130 etc and the enemy is hiding in building.

I like the one about alerting your team about potential spawn flips in dom and something we do reguarly when i play with my clan.
