I just bought Cod: Mw3 recently for pc. For some reason I'm getting this very strange lag, whenever I take damage I often get this weird lag (stutter) and get instagibbed by non headshots, some times I don't even see the damage indicator and I die. MW3 is amazing except this very bad issue. I've seen people with specs like mine play the game on max settings without getting this weird lag as they take damage. Here are my specs.

GTX 260

AMD Phenom X4 970 3.5ghz

8gb ddr 1600 ram

Windows 7 64 bit

250gb hard drive

850 watt power supply

Please help, the game is unplayable even at all low settings!
