Why doesn't it let me go into ELiTE?

Hey guys, i just got MW3 today and made an ELiTE account and when i go onto 'Enter ELiTE this comes up.

Can someone plaese help me because im getting CONFUSED!

It also doesn't let me Enter ELiTE

  Had the same issues a few times since they updated something on the website as well the ps3 elitle isn't working right either I can view any clan ops get an error message when trying to post things.

Have the same issue, purchased MW3 and Elite today, maps works and all. but i do not have access to the Elite app it gives me a error * Failed to login to the call of duty elite service.returning to the title screen.* I did a quick chat with activison and he said that it might be Sony, but my buddy down the road is able to log in no problem!. what now?

does anyone know anything about this! ty

  For some reason all last night it let me see everything with no problems. But, when I tried to get on this morning it said "Failed to log you in so I got on the computer to solve the problem and it said the "Site is temporarly down"
