MW3 Pc Servers down

I can't connect to MW3 on PC, and I believe the server's are down, But the Status say's, "The servers are fully operational"

  anyone can explain why the last two days I can not connect to online services in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and can not connect to any lobby in Call of Duty ModernWarfare 2 ?????
