****, that sucks:S
Ok, this is a bit tricky, but it works:
1: Use something sharp and pointy and loosen the top and bottom sides of the screen.
2: Remove the "frame"
3: Pick out the screen.
4: Put in a glass of water with approx 2dl vinegar.
5: Let rest for 40 mins - 1hr.
6: Dry gently (preferrably airdry)
7: Reassemble
8: Buy Android.
Simple

I had a similar issue with my android although I didnt get drunk I was spiked with LSD and thought my phone was actually a lump of c4 with a timer so i stamped on it.
What i did to fix was buy some clear really thin plastic off ebay and then stuck it over the cracked screen, if im honest it didn't fix the issue but it did stop my constantly slicing my fingers on the broken screen when i put my hand in my pocket.
hope this helps
