Radar is a major part of the game. Its not something that you can just "do without". Ignoring your radar would put you at a disadvantage.

this is where we are getting our lines of communication crossed. I completly agree all this other "crap" essentially needs to be nerfed or taken away completly. but as i stated this will never happen ever. so something must be done to mitigate it. and how quickly your forget that in black ops immunity to the portable was on hacker/sitrep. so it would not diminish the game in any way.

Yes, but you shouldn't relay on it. I expect at least half the team to not be on it with uavs up.

im not relying on it, but im not going to simply neglect the radar either. as i said its a huge part of the game and its their for a reason. andi garuantee that if they were to take it out sooo many people would complain that would instantly put it back in. but you have to look at assassin as a whole, its a huge perk and moving the portable radar immunity to another perk maintains the overall essence of assassin and gives non assassin users repreve from its immense selection of "perks."

Why would I want someone camping with a portable radar to see me on his radar while I'm running Assassin, he should be spotting me with his eyes. I don't want to be forced to use Dead silence or any other perk like we are forced with assassin (at least it's just 1 perk). This change would only help portable radar campers / abusers. Remove it, make support actually balanced, alter marksman, less need for assassin right there.

They need to make changes to the whole system to get good perk diversity in the second tier, though I think Ghandi once said assassin isn't even the most used tier 2 perk.
