The numbers playing MW3 has been dying for a couple of months now despite the Double XP & free maps given just to keep players interested.

During the time I play COD, I've noticed there were more playing Black Ops than MW3 and also note that we're just heading into July.

  Player numbers go up and down all the time. Not every game will always have high numbers all the time. For one reaosn or another, either the lag, or the deathstreaks, or support streaks and how people do not like it including how sound whores can not sound whore as easy.

I find it soo funny when everyone in BO clamored for MW3 saying it would be so much better than BO. Just like how I find it so funny on how many think that BO2 will be so much better than MW3 and there is no gurantee it will. It could be just as bad or worse.

Numbers also could be dropping due to kids being out of school and bugging the hell out of us real players.

I was on a BF3 kick for a month now I am on a MW3 kick. I also am rotating the past COD games but thats because I miss the old maps and things like the crossbow.

As for what is actually IN BO2 I am not going to make ANY judgement of whats in multiplayer until a multiplayer video comes out. Making full assumptions on 20 seconds worth of evidence is taking too much of a chance of being wrong.

As well as you also have to consider that BF3 is having double experience WEEK, so a lot of player are leveling up. That can count for the low numbers right now.

I think people are finally getting sick of this game. Shame.

Black ops 2? I don't think ill be buying that. Seems way too fake and unrealistic, kind of like halo.
