You cant tell me you bought elite because you were going to get "x" amount of emblems. Everyone knew we were getting 1 emblem, 1 title and 1 camo.

my Clan is level 37 after todays Opps and we have all the Elite emblems unlocked due too us @ level 37

KD/R went out the window butt capping flags in Dom.... But we got GolD.

The best way is to private message BEACHHEAD , include your clan name, console type and what emblems you are missing. Unfortunately they have not fixed it to where it automatically gives you the emblem you earned. You will have to do this every time you level up. So far it's been 5 times for my clan. Not happy with the process.
