What's wrong with the Clan Emblems?

Hi guys: My clan is level 31, however we have not received ANY of the emblems that we are supposed to get. We have all the tittles + the double XP's. I tried kicking some of the members, so they can enter the clan again and only one of them received THE LEVEL 33 emblem AND WE ARE NOT EVEN THERE YET. I have tried to find an answer from Beachhead but I can't. Maybe any of you can give me an idea or a link with the answer. Thank you.

    Clan level 32 and no emblems. Saw someone with level 34 evil red elephant emblem but he did not know what had happened it just appeared today ( they prob hit level 34 after last nights op) so I'm hoping when we get to 34 we get the elephant too, but Beachead what about the other emblems? Are they lost to us forever?
