Honestly, trim your fat. How many of those 100 people actually play your clan ops? Set some limitations and requirements for your recruits. Make it efficient, lean, and give it honor. I try to keep mine under 30, but theyre all good and participate. Theres no points for being large(in clan size that is).

There is a cap of 100? Wow, there shouldn't be a cap at all! I don't see what the issue is, the bigger the better. But just because you have 100 people, that doesn't mean you are guaranteed a better place in a clan op against a clan of 6 people.
