mobile app

I am no longer able to use the Elite mobile app it keeps asking me to go to elite call of duty .com to accept terms and conditions, but when i do it doesn't ask me to accept terms and conditions. anyway i did that months ago, and it had been working fine up to today

    I got this as well.  I have Xbox, not sure if you're using PS3 and/or if they have the same thing.  I downloaded the Elite app on the Xbox marketplace as well.  I had to access the Xbox app and once I logged in, it popped up with the ToS.  Once I accepted it there, it worked fine for me on my mobile app.

    Go to the console application for Call of Duty Elite (Xbox 360 or Playstation 3). Log into your account and accept the new terms of service. Once the terms of service are accepted there, you'll be able to access the Call of Duty Elite mobile applications again.
